In January, I tried to put piggies in Amelia's hair and they did not really work, today however I got really good ones in, and when I pulled out my camera to take pics, I realized how much I had missed it. I am going to try and put blogs posts up again, it is really fun.
Here is the girl with the pigtails.

The big boys went to their last show of the season last night at the Children's Theatre with Aunt Christy. They have had season tickets again this year and they love it. They get to spend time with one of their favorite people in the world, and they get to see great theater too. Last night they saw Mulan, which they were not terribly impressed with, but they still had a wonderful time!
I have a new stroller. I am so super duper excited about it, I just love it. It is a sit and stand stroller, with room for Amelia and Isaac very comfortably. It is wonderful, it has a plushy seat for Millie, a jump seat and a standing step for Isaac, a tall enough handle for me that I don't have to bend over and a large basket underneath. It even (slightly strangely) has a new car smell. We took it on an inaugural walk to the park today, and we all agreed that it is great!
The park was very fun, and Amelia climbed up the 3 steps to the tiny slide and slid down all by herself. There are, of course, no pictures of that, as I was hovering over her with both hands outstretched and could not hold the camera too!
Another bento pic today! Yum, yum yum. This is a Laptop Lunchbox.
He also had a cup of ranch dressing for his veggies that I forgot to put in before the pic. It shared a square with the goldfish.
He has left to right:
Baby carrots, turkey roll ups, sugar snap peas, strawberries, cheese, goldfish and gummy worms. He bought milk at school.

A New Plan
Our family needed a new plan. A plan to help people reach their full, amazing potential. A plan to use time better, and learn more. A plan to watch less TV. So, now, we have one. Each child receives 3 tickets a day. Each ticket is worth 10 minutes of screen time (TV, computer, video games, etc)
They can gain and lose tickets based on behavior, and the tickets never expire. The first few days have been great, I hope it brings positive change in our home. Here is the list of ways to gain and lose tickets that we have established. It is open to constant revision.
You can earn one ticket by:

I Looked Out The Window And What Did I See?
Our neighbor has the most heavenly crab apple trees. This week they have burst from bud into riotous blossoms. They hang gracefully down over our fence and smell wonderful. They are so completely delightful, I have been enjoying them so much!!
