I have always loved those cinnamon sugar pretzels you can get at the mall. I decided to recreate them for a breakfast treat. They turned out yummy, and as I thought about it, actually much healthier than cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon sugar is adhered with a spritz of water instead of butter, and the frosting is just drizzled on top instead of spread on thick. The kids loved them and woke up with big smiles on their faces when they could smell breakfast baking. Actually the smiles might have had something to do with it being Saturday.
