Monday
Today was a grumpy, snowy, no nap Monday. (Did I mention grumpy?) I did however get bread made. The other loaf, in keeping with the tenor of my day, turned out stupid, with a big bubble in the crust. This loaf however was lovely. Golden brown, delicious smelling, and full of whole wheat goodness. Definitely the bright spot of the day.
Hope tomorrow is better for you (and the bread looks delicous).
